Achin Bhattacharyya

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Achin is a successful startup entrepreneur and professional with more than 21 years of experience as Founder and Ex-CEO – Notebook, Ex-Director - Deloitte, PWC, KPMG, GE. Achin is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW, UK), Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA, UK & CGMA), CPA Australia (Full Member), CPA Ireland, and also a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He also holds a Masters in Commerce from the University of Calcutta.

Recipient of the Indian Achievers’ Award, regular columnist writing thought leadership articles on education, economy, and career choices in various publications, and a regular speaker at forums such as Industry Chambers and Business World events. He has spoken on various topics in more than 200 Notebook webinar sessions.

His core skills include Business Strategy, Client Acquisition and Relationship Management, Product Development, Team Building, Coordination with various stakeholders, Scaling up businesses, Raising capital, and Negotiation. His experience of conceptualizing and running a technology start-up from inception for 7 years (as Founder and CEO of Notebook – an edtech start-up) is a unique asset for AgTrustt. During this tenure, he demonstrated skill and expertise in strategy, team building, product development, and increasing brand visibility.

Partha Pratim Nandi

Co-founder & Chief Financial Officer

A finance leader and qualified ICAEW (UK), CPA (Australia), ACA (India), and Master of Commerce (India) professional with 20 years of experience across India and Southeast Asia. Former Finance Head at Vesuvius PLC, managing business finances across seven countries. Highly experienced in setting up businesses in new geographies.

Scope of excellence encompasses Financial Planning & Analysis, Internal Auditing and Company Setup, Cost Planning & Pricing Strategy, Treasury Management, ERP Implementation, International & Domestic Taxation, Supply Chain Finance, Legal/Insurance, Joint Ventures/Acquisitions, Budgeting/Analysis, and Team Management. He is capable of establishing the entire accounting and internal control framework, support systems to manage financial, legal, and corporate governance matters for new ventures, and negotiating contracts with vendors, potential customers, and stakeholders.

Santosh Dhone

Co-founder & Chief Technology Officer

Santosh holds an MBA in Leadership & Strategy from NMIMS, a Post Graduate Program in Cloud Computing from Great Lakes University, and a B.E. in Electronics from Mumbai University. Certified in PMP, SAFe Agilist, Salesforce Administrator, Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. He has 17+ years of experience driving technology vision, product innovation, and delivery excellence across Healthcare, Telecom, and ICT domains.

With proven expertise in Salesforce, Cloud, and IT service management, Santosh has successfully delivered projects, built compliance-ready systems (HIPAA, ISO, GDPR), and scaled secure, innovative, business-aligned technology solutions. His technical acumen will help AgTrustt develop and implement technological strategies, lead R&D, align technology with business goals, and manage the technology budget and department.

Megghana Chetan Suryawanshi

Co-founder & Head - Technology Implementation

Meghghana is a commerce graduate and an alumnus of IIM Calcutta, where she completed the Human Resource Management program, enhancing her ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and apply people-centric insights effectively. She bridges business and technical needs, specializing in software optimization and global project management. Her cross-cultural expertise and global project experience drive multilingual business success.

At AgTrustt, she oversees media communications and public engagement platforms, focusing on maximizing audience reach and strengthening brand awareness. She also analyzes customer feedback, identifies key insights, and integrates them into product development initiatives, aligning AgTrustt’s offerings with evolving client needs and industry expectations. Additionally, she is proficient in Japanese and has extensive experience as a bilingual technical writer.

Sandeep Kumar

Co-founder & Head - Operations

Sandeep holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology and is a versatile IT manager with 21+ years of experience across diverse sectors, including banking, retail, e-commerce, and global business development. His leadership skills during his 6-year tenure in the USA showcase his expertise in project implementation, managing multidisciplinary operations, marketing, and exploring international business opportunities. Currently, he provides his expertise at one of the leading banks in Toronto, where he has been working for the last 2.6 years.

With a strong background in project execution, market entry, and process optimization, he brings a unique blend of technical and managerial skills. His adaptability, strategic vision, and proven ability to navigate diverse industries enable him to lead operations, market expansion, and partnerships—helping AgTrustt achieve operational excellence. Additionally, his insights into the cultural, societal, and business values of Canada and the USA enhance the team’s effectiveness and understanding.

Dr. Koshika Tandon Sinha

Co-founder & Head - Strategy & Innovation

Dr. Koshika is a dentist by profession with over 15 years of experience and an agriculturist at heart. She completed her Master’s degree in Prosthodontics, Implantology, and Maxillofacial Prosthetics from SPPGIDMS. She currently practices and serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Prosthodontics & Maxillofacial Prosthetics.

Beyond her clinical work, Dr. Koshika is actively involved in empowering farmers through Farmers Producer Organisations (FPOs). She integrates technology with grassroots initiatives to drive sustainable rural development. Her efforts focus on empowering farmers through innovative solutions and community-based programs, reflecting her passion for both healthcare and sustainable rural development.
